Allied still owes me money from my first move. I would like someone to contactme about this matter. I used Allied twice for my move. Everything that they said would happen, happened. They were careful, respectful, and they were on time and efficient. Allied was extremely accommodating and very careful with all our goods. I was happy that all the items came intact. The driver was very personable. Our driver, Jose, was phenomenal. He went above and beyond of what the average driver would be responsible for. He took pride in his work. I would request him again. The delivery team was efficient. The communication was very good. The delivery team was very careful. Everyone involved was right on time. The driver arrived and dropped off my goods as promised. There were one or two items left behind but Allied said the items would be shipped to me. I didn't have any problems. The only problem I had was that I think one of the crew members was smoking in my bathroom. My rating of a 10 was influenced by the crews, the customer service, and the people were very polite. I felt that the representative that quoted me a price, was very accurate. The crew did a fantastic job, so I would recommend Allied. The friendliness of the movers, the thorough explanation I was given and the carefulness of the movers.
