From the time Jerry came out until the time everything was delivered, the whole experience was great. I experienced a wonderful time with Allied. They should be proud of their service. The crew was good from start to finish.They helped me get everything coordinated, packed everything and they were on time. Everything went smoothly, I only had one problem, loaders lied about the time they took to load, it took them only three hours instead of the nine hours that they said. The driver who did the pickup and the drop off called me, was on time, was thorough, did a fine job and was very professional. The communication was great. Everyone was timely. Some of my boxes were crushed. The people that helped with the move was very careful and the people helped as best as possible to find solutions. I have moved probably fifteen times in my life and this was the best by far. No problems, no damage, everything was done carefully and the price was fair. I had good contact with everyone involved, and everyone was generally concerned with my satisfaction. Everyone I talked to was very professional, responsive, and kept calling me to let me know about the status of my move. Whenever I had a question it was answered quickly.
