I think Allied is absolutely fantastic. The guys on the truck were great. The only problem I had is that they didn't take personal checks. They worked very hard. The salesman was just as good. I got the name from an in-law family I went into very hesitantly b/c I had heard horror stories about Allied but I would recommend them & I would use Allied again. Everything was perfect. The people were very careful and accomodating. I'll call Allied again for my next move. The professionalism and the timeliness. There was a flat communication issue. The driver was not aware the crew had to do a full unpack, which required 1 and 2 days. The driver called the company, and another crew came to finish the job. The representative was very professional and courteous. The representative was also on top of everything. The driver was also very courteous and professional. The courtesy, detail, the communication, everything was as smooth as possible. I would use them again and recommend them in a heart beat. Tony Foster was superb. The Allied representative kept up on calling to confirm information. The representative kept us updated, and the move went smoothly. The mover was just extremely nice and extremely careful and a very good communicator.Allied was verycareful,considerate,and willing to please. I appreciate how the crew packed my goods. I've used other moving companies and I had broken items and goods that weren't packed properly. But, Allied made sure items were packed properly. Being able to move at a reasonable price. Team couldn't back the semi into the driveway. Team said the driveway was too narrow. That was the only problem with the move so far.
